Principal Architect
Alison Edwards, NCARB
Alison began her career on the Big Island of Hawaii where she self-taught herself AutoCAD in order to secure her first drafting position working for a local Architect.
In 2000 Alison and her family moved to the Central Coast in anticipation of attending Cal Poly University. Prior to attending Cal Poly Alison continued to work as a draftsperson for Don Avery at DLA Architecture where she advanced her AutoCAD skills both in 2D and into 3D rendering.
Alison attended Cal Poly University from 2002-2007. In 2007 Alison graduated from Cal Poly summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Architecture degree and minors in Sustainable Environments and City and Regional Planning.
Shortly after graduation Alison began working for Steven Puglisi Architecture where she benefited from mentorship directly from Principal Architect Steven Puglisi who instilled a strong sense of design, while Architect and production manager Kim Prater established in Alison the importance of a thorough and clean set of Construction Documents.
Principle Architect, Alison Edwards provides full Architectural services in the state of California and is now licensed in Hawaii and Montana.
